The work of Orchard Saturday Club is supported and overseen by its Committee of Trustees and associate members. The Committee consists solely of volunteers. We feel it is important to have representatives of parents and carers on the Committee. Currently, three Committee members have children who attend the Club.
Staff are employed by the Trustees and are ultimately responsible to the Committee.
The Committee meets a minimum of five times a year. Also, individuals and sub-committees meet regularly with the Club Manager and officers of Devon County Council. The Committee publishes annual accounts which can be viewed on the Charity Commission website.
